At Arabella Dances, we aim to be fair and flexible while keeping classes and events running smoothly.
Classes & 6-Week Blocks
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are not eligible for transfer.
6-week block bookings include one flexible “free” week to cover missed classes due to holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. As such, block bookings are not eligible for additional transfers or credits.
Workshops & Events
- Workshops and special events are non-refundable.
- With at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your place to someone else.
Shows & Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable, but may be passed on to someone else.
If We Cancel
If we cancel a class or event, we will first offer an alternative date.
If this cannot be mutually agreed, a refund, credit, or transfer will be offered.
Performer / Teacher Bookings – Arabella
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 7 days’ notice → refund of any payments made, minus the deposit
- 7 days or less notice → the full booking fee remains payable
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
If Arabella Dances needs to cancel, we will first make every effort to provide a suitable replacement performer / Teacher.
If this cannot be agreed, a full refund, including deposit, will be provided.
