At Arabella Dances, we aim to be fair and flexible while keeping classes and events running smoothly.
Classes & 6-Week Blocks
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are not eligible for transfer.
6-week block bookings include one flexible “free” week to cover missed classes due to holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. As such, block bookings are not eligible for additional transfers or credits.
Workshops & Events
- Workshops and special events are non-refundable.
- With at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your place to someone else.
Shows & Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable, but may be passed on to someone else.
If We Cancel
If we cancel a class or event, we will first offer an alternative date.
If this cannot be mutually agreed, a refund, credit, or transfer will be offered.
Performer / Teacher Bookings – Arabella
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 7 days’ notice → refund of any payments made, minus the deposit
- 7 days or less notice → the full booking fee remains payable
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
If Arabella Dances needs to cancel, we will first make every effort to provide a suitable replacement performer / Teacher.
If this cannot be agreed, a full refund, including deposit, will be provided.

By booking or attending any classes, events, or performances with Arabella Dances, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All participants must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Classes & Participation
- All participants take part in classes at their own risk.
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and able to participate.
- Please inform us of any injuries or health conditions before attending.
- You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
- You are responsible for keeping yourself hydrated during classes and events.
- Arabella Dances is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during classes
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be paid in advance to secure your place.
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- By booking, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Classes & Course Blocks
- Class times, locations, and instructors may occasionally change.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.

- A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received.

- Arabella Dances reserves the right to refuse to perform if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- There is inappropriate behaviour from guests
8. Cancellations (Performer Bookings)

- If the event is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but this may not always be possible.
